Gecko Shows the Way at MAAM Conference
Ellie Byrom-Haley, CEO of Gecko Group, presented at the 2009 MAAM Creating Exhibitions Conference, held at Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, NJ. The topic of the presentation, “Finding Your Way – Improving the Visitor Experience through Effective Wayfinding” resonated with attendees. After a brief discussion of the link between wayfinding and authentic and positive visitor experiences, Ellie engaged attendees in an active interchange of information using a real-life Case Study – with actual project goals, mid-project obstacles, real solutions and measured results. The combination of conceptual thinking as it relates to an actual scenario delivered a thought-provoking, informative session for conference attendees.
